Medical-Dental-Optical Mission
This community outreach is a regular program spearheaded by the university in coordination with sponsoring agencies. This is a long-time- tradition introduced by the founder, having been the Secretary of Health and with LNU as a pioneer in the medical and para-medical programs.
Disaster Volunteer Brigade
During calamities, the disaster volunteer brigade offers assistance in evacuation areas and in distributing relief good.
Alay Pasko
This program is an avenue by which the Lyceans actualize the saying,” We are our brothers’ keepers,” To share Christmas cheer to the street children, to the inmates, and to Kalinga ng Ama in addition to the usual Christmas celebrations in the adopted barangays where gifts are distributed.
Construction of Waiting Sheds, Deep Wells, Sewerage System and Incinerators in the Brarangay
In coordination with GOs and NGOs, the Engineering department had been tapped to help in infrastructure developments in the barangays.
Oplan Sagip
This program is intended to help in the rehabilitation of disaster-stricken places in the community. This comes in donations in cash or in kind, to help the victims in easing out the pain caused by disasters.

ADOPTED BARANGAY
A. Barangay Caranglaan Sitio Campo Alog
1.Out-of-School-Youth (OSY) Program with the College of Arts and Sciences. Driving lessons were offered to out of school youth for two Saturdays (6 hours). The beneficiaries are now jeepney drivers as source of livelihood.
2.Student Council of Arts and Sciences constructed toilet for two houses in Campo Alog.
3.College of engineering students constructed sewage system and incineration.
4.Two (2) Deep wells were installed, one (1) in campo Alog and One (1) in camp 6. The deep wells were donated by Rotary Club of Montana UST and Sajitama, Japan.
5.Water pumps cost Php 5, 350 were donated that includes 8 pipes, 8 couplings, and 1 jetmatic hand pump.
6.Construction of multi-Purpose Center (LN-COP) in cooperation with Brgy. Council of Caranglaan. Outreach activities of LNU are also conducted in the LN-COP.
7.Caranglaan Cooperative Association was organized in August 3, 1992. Pre-membership seminar was conducted last July 5, 1992 to 42 prospective members.
8.The following health services were conducted in the area through Medical Technology, Midwifery, Dentistry and Medicine Programs.
9.Supplementary Feeding/Nutrition Program to malnourished children.
10.Dentistry Department conducted oral Prophylaxis, Restoration/ extract and fluoridation.
11.College of Medicine conducts OPD Consultations and Clinical works twice a week.
12.Midwifery Department conducted immunization such as: Tetanus Toxiod Vaccination, Mother’s class and family Planning.

B. Barangay Tapuac
1.LNU gave opportunity to the residents of Brgy. Tapuac to establish medium scale business to the surrounding establishments like canteen, restaurants, boarding houses, and computer shops for LNU students.
2.Boarding house accreditation was conducted to ensure safety of boarding houses and security of LNU students.
3.Out-of-school-youth (OSY) were organized as a team during the summer Basketball Competition in the barangay. They are also a recipient if LNU literacy program and other relevant activities.
4.Nutrition program was conducted on areas with depressed children to help solve the high rate of malnourished children.
5.The College of Education tied up with Tapuac Day Care Center for Literacy Program.
Other activities conducted:
1.L-NU with the Philippine Medical Association of Georgia and the Regional Medical Center spearheaded the biggest medical mission in the Region in 2007. This activity created an impact in the Pangasinan Community.
2.L-NU with the DENR RO1 supports the Green Philippines Program for environmental protection, enhancement and economic growth since April of 2007.
3.L-NU is City Center for Human Rights Education in Dagupan City since 2003.
4.L-NU Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) is the 2007 Regional Champion and National Semi-finalist on the Exposition on Livelihood Projects Competition. The LNU SIFE has the mission to develop the leadership skills of the students in the free enterprise and thus empowering them to become a potent resource in the community through implementation of projects that will help the depressed communities. An example of the project is the free livelihood training on fish processing, meat processing and dimsum delights.
5.L-NU with CHED and TESDA spearheaded the Ladderized Curriculum in Computer Science for the inmates of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology in Dagupan City which is considered the first in the country. This is a five-year project from June, 2007 to June, 2012.
