Lyceum-Northwestern University is an ISO 9001:2008 re-accredited institution for quality management system covering the conduct and delivery of institutional researches under the responsibility of its Research and Development Management Office and the conduct of instruction for selected CHED and all TESDA programs managed by its Academic Affairs Office to ensure compliance with standards set by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Department of Education (DepEd), Professional Regulations Commission (PRC), and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

The University is Level II accredited by the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities covering the College of Art and Letters, College of Education and College of Business Education.
